8.     Not to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
9. Not to disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges;
10.   Not to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
11.   Intentionally or unintentionally not to violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the RBI, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the Bombay Stock Exchange, the National Stock Exchange, and any regulations having the force of law;
12. Not to"stalk" or otherwise harass another; or
13.   Not to collect or store personal data about other users.

You acknowledge that ProjectBuySell.com may not pre-screen Content, but that ProjectBuySell.com and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or move any Content that is available via the Service. MEMBERSHIP
Mode : By registering your company/industry/business house profile alongwith the remittance of fees you become a member of ProjectBuySell.com.

Length of Membership : You continue to be a member of ProjectBuySell.com till:

• ProjectBuySell.com discharges its obligations to you by the rendering of its services to you; or The termination of the membership by either ProjectBuySell.com or you.
• Paid Memberships: Validity of your paid membership is for 1 year.

Privity of Membership : Your Membership is only for Sole use. It is not to be assigned, transferred or licensed so as to be used by any other person/industry/business house.

Members are advised to make appropriate/thorough enquiries before acting upon any advertisement. Our site does not vouch for or subscribe to the claims and representations made by advertisers regarding particulars of other members.

Kindly note that, your membership in ProjectBuySell.com is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person/industry/business house or entity.

All payments made in Indian Rupees will follow an Auto renewal service. From the date of expiry all paid memberships will be automatically renewed for 1 year of the existing package. This automatic renewal shall extend to all members residing or holding domicile outside the territory of India who have paid by credit card. Members who do not wish for auto extension can also turn OFF their Auto renewal status by clicking on the "Member Subscription" link in the "Subscription" page. However members cannot turn Auto renewal OFF 1 day before expiry date while the Auto renewal process is on.

The advantages of Auto renewal are that it allows a member to continuously use the paid services without having to worry about expiry period. So if incase a member forgets to renew the membership, Auto renewal service will automatically renew the membership.

In situations where the Auto renewal status is OFF and at the end of the expiry period a member forgets to renew the membership, the paid service will be discontinued and the member will lose all the benefits and privileges allotted to Paid Members, which is:

- View contact information of members who have contacted them

- Send Personalised Messages

- View members contact information including Verified Phone Numbers

- Maintain privacy control

- Use Messenger & other benefits

If a member has upgraded the membership using Auto renewal and then decides to cancel the membership, it can be done. But to get a refund the member must not have used any of our services and cancellation must be done within 48 hours of renewal.

About Cancellation: MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE if a member chooses to terminate the membership.

Online Conduct : You are responsible for the content and information [including profile and photograph] you post or transmit through ProjectBuySell.com 's services. You will not post or transmit any content or information [in whatever form they may be contained] that is defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, profane, intimidating, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person/industry/business house, including intellectual property rights. No content or information shall contain details or particulars of any of ProjectBuySell.com 's competitors, including their contact details. You will not use either your online or offline membership as a platform for any kind of promotional campaign, solicitation, advertising or dealing in any products or services or transmit any chain letters or junk mails.

There is no limit to the number of profiles you are allowed to contact each day.

Your membership will automatically be suspended if you send "abusive, obscene or sexually oriented" message/s to other members.

ProjectBuySell.com has the right to suspend your profile without any prior notice.

ProjectBuySell.com reserves the right to edit/delete your photo/video clip if it's not a valid/clear/related one.

If we find duplicate profiles then we have rights to suspend any of the profile or all the profiles.

Messages sent to members of the opposite industry/business house should be only for the purpose of finding aBuyer/Seller/Franchisee. You are not allowed to misuse the service in any other name.

ProjectBuySell.com reserves the right to modify your profile if any prohibitive or objectionable content is found, or in the case of your contact details being entered in irrelevant fields. ProjectBuySell.com may also modify the profile for other reasons not mentioned herewith. If any abusive content is found in your video clipping/photograph, ProjectBuySell.com has the right to suspend your profile.

You will not post or transmit any content, information or trademarks without the prior consent of the person/industry/business house holding its proprietary or licensed rights. ProjectBuySell.com will not in any way be responsible or answerable to any action brought by any person/industry/business house arising out of your acts as described above.

ProjectBuySell.com reserves the right but is not obligated, to edit, delete, eclipse or withhold display of such content or information as it deems fit in the light of the rules prescribed above.

CONTENT SUBMITTED OR MADE AVAILABLE FOR INCLUSION ON THE SERVICE

ProjectBuySell.com does not claim ownership of Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Service. However, with respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Service, you grant ProjectBuySell.com the following world-wide, royalty free and non-exclusive license(s), as applicable:

Your membership in the ProjectBuySell.com service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.

ROLE OF ProjectBuySell.com

Provision of Service : ProjectBuySell.com will provide the service[s] that are opted and paid for by the member. In addition, the member may also make use of the other free services that are applicable to them.

A paid membership will allow you to contact profiles of the opposite industry of all the domains.

Medium of Interchange of Information : Besides the provision of services, BharatMatrimony.com acts as a platform for all its members to interchange information that would promote their common business objectives. It is to be distinctly understood that BharatMatrimony.com will only provide contact between and among members within its service framework nd not the direct contact details of such members. ProjectBuySell.com is not the agent of any member and does not partake in the interchange or the results thereof. ProjectBuySell.com will be a disinterested person in the event of disputes between or among the members, though it may facilitate an amicable resolution of such disputes.

Right to form Consortium/Associates : While providing services, ProjectBuySell.com may outsource any part thereof to any competent person or organization, with or without disclosing it to you. However, your membership rights and responsibilities continue as against ProjectBuySell.com only and not against such persons or organizations.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Confidentiality: ProjectBuySell.com will maintain confidential, all personal information [other than that meant for posting or transmission] furnished by members. However, ProjectBuySell.com may divulge such information if required by law.

In no case will the Membership fees be refundable.

The membership is deemed to have been entered into at Vadodara , India and the laws of India will govern the membership. Disputes arising out of or in any way affecting the membership including interpretation of any of the terms are to be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act [Indian Act] at Vadodara before a sole Arbitrator.
